The Targeted Solutions Tool™ is an innovative application that guides health care organizations through a step-by-step process to accurately measure their organization’s actual performance, identify their barriers to excellent performance, and direct them to proven solutions that are customized to address their particular barriers.

Joint Commission accredited organizations can access the TST application at no charge by logging on to their Joint Commission Connect extranet site. If you do not have a login and password for your extranet site, you should contact your organization’s Joint Commission Connect security administrator.
