Health care organizations need effective process improvement tools and methods to break out of their current state and drive to zero harm. Robust Process Improvement® (RPI®) — blending lean, six sigma, and change management — is a potent set of improvement tools that can navigate the complex safety and quality problems within health care’s rapidly changing landscape.
For High Reliability Organizations, quality and safety are the responsibility of every employee. Arming your staff with highly effective ways to solve problems gives them some of what they need to exercise that responsibility.
The Yellow Belt certification program spreads basic RPI skills quickly and effectively among all your employee groups. The program is designed to offer foundational problem solving skills to all levels within an organization or augment your current Green Belt, Lean, Change Leader and Black Belt training programs by giving all employees the skills to improve their daily work so that RPI becomes the way they work.
The Yellow Belt Certification program, is a foundational, online program for health care organizations to increase expertise, spread, and saturation of Robust Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, and formal change management) at an efficient cost.
